Warranty & Returns
WARRANTY RETURNS
Replace Industrial warranties all products sold to be functional for 2 Years from the date of purchase. If an item is found to be defective within this time frame, the buyer may return the item to Replace Industrial at the buyer's expense. If Replace Industrial finds the unit to be defective, the unit will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the buyer. A unit can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned in the same condition it was sent out.
A unit that becomes defective from factors outside of normal use of operation would not be covered under warranty. Some examples of these factors are improper usage, improper installation, non-manual approved usage, water damage, power surges/lightning strikes without proper circuitry, etc.
NON-WARRANTY RETURNS
Non-Warranty Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Mis-ordered or other non-warranty returns may incur a restocking fee of 15%.
Items must be returned in the original condition to be eligible for a refund. To begin the RMA process, please reach out to us at sales@replacenc.com. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Orders canceled after shipment may incur a 15% restocking fee for non-warranty returns. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery
Our preferred method of shipment is UPS, but can accommodate shipping with DHL or FEDEX as well. Customers can choose to have the shipping cost added to the invoice or we can use the customer's shipping account to ship. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, but a customer can request any faster method based on needs.
Some products may have a lead time prior to shipping. This lead time will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase based on the estimated delivery date. We strive for the best service in the industry, so please reach out to sales@replacenc.com or 919-951-4313 to have your order expedited.
Due to volatility in the transportation industry, we cannot make guarantees as to when a product will arrive. We can provide a guarantee as to when your item will be shipped by us and an estimate (based on our delivery history) as to when an item is likely to arrive.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Replace Industrial, LLC is an independent distributor of used, refurbished, and surplus industrial automation products and equipment. Replace Industrial does NOT CONVEY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY and purchasing products from us may void the manufacturer's warranty. Replace Industrial, LLC sells hardware products only and does not resell software licenses. All listed logos, trademarks, or service marks are the property of their respective owners. All warranties conveyed with products sold by Replace Industrial are strictly through Replace Industrial alone.
