Allen-Bradley 1771-QH
The Allen-Bradley 1771-QH is a high-performance Force Control Module designed for single-axis hydraulic motion control in PLC-5 systems. It enables seamless transitions between speed and pressure control through configurable motion profiles that optimize control response. With 12-bit binary I/O resolution, four analog inputs, and four analog outputs, this module supports precision feedback and smooth motion control. All parameters are stored in the PLC processor’s data table, reducing setup time and eliminating the need for recalibration during mechanical adjustments. The 1771-QH operates with a fast 2 ms servo loop update time, making it ideal for demanding hydraulic applications.
