The Allen-Bradley 1771-RTP4 is a general-purpose Remote Termination Panel (RTP) designed for PLC-5 systems. Engineered to support up to 8 I/O modules, this panel provides straight-through wiring for simplified installation and reliable field signal termination. Suitable for current and voltage input devices, the 1771-RTP4 allows the use of voltage devices when paired with external resistors. While it is compatible with a broad range of applications, it is not intended for use with thermocouple inputs. Built to streamline wiring in distributed I/O environments, the 1771-RTP4 enhances flexibility in legacy automation systems.
