Allen-Bradley 1785-L30B
The Allen-Bradley 1785-L30 is a PLC-5/30 series processor featuring 32K words of battery-backed static RAM with optional EEPROM program backup using modules such as 1785-ME16, -ME32, -ME64, and -M100. It supports a maximum of 1,024 total I/O points, including 1,024 analog I/O, configurable in any mix or complementary input/output arrangements. The processor offers two DH+/Remote I/O ports that can operate as adapters or scanners, enabling flexible communication within automation networks. With I/O scan times ranging from 3 to 10 milliseconds depending on communication speed, and support for up to 29 I/O chassis, the 1785-L30 delivers reliable and efficient control. It requires a backplane current load of 2.3 Amps at 5 Volts DC.
